Massage Therapy
My love for healing began at an early age. My great grandmother was an herbal and energy healer in Mississippi and her passion greatly influenced my life’s work.
I have been working in the field of Massotherapy for 40 years and am an LMT (licensed massage therapist) and am certified through NCBTMB ( National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork). I have studied a variety of techniques beyond licensure requirements including an additional year of training in Structural Energetic Therapy (Structural Integration) in Florida, time at the Myopractic Institute in Texas and studied at the Beijing Massage Hospital in China where I was taught Chinese medicine manipulation and meridians as well as acupressure and acupuncture.
These practices help my clients experience benefits such as lower anxiety levels, increased blood supply to nurture the muscles and tissues, as well as improved muscle tone and increased elimination of toxic debris. Myopractic therapy also helps prevent or delay muscular atrophy (wasting) from forced inactivity.
I am devoted to serving the physical needs of others and working to improve the quality of their lives. My years of work and study have given me a deep understanding of the human body, as well as an understanding of energy pathways (chakras). With my training and care for my clients I work to support the whole person, helping to restore muscles to their optimal and original state and improve mental clarity with a reduction of stress.
I am committed to sharing the benefits of cell rejuvenation, muscle repair and toxin elimination with my current and future clients.
Hi, I'm Morgan and I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As a holistic health coach, I help my clients reach their wellness goals by helping them to find individualized diet and lifestyle practices that fit their unique needs. I help my clients by encouraging and motivating them to find what feels good and keep them accountable when striving to meet their health goals.
I specialize in helping women balance their hormones naturally through nutrition and lifestyle, sync with their cycles, and feel at home in their body. I help them get rid of PMS symptoms like mood swings, painful periods, acne, hair loss, bloating/cramps, etc.
While earning my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I began my own wellness journey and found that holistic healing was what moved the needle the most for me. I was able to heal from chronic health issues naturally through a holistic approach that simultaneously addressed my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

I have always been passionate about meeting people where they currently are at in their lives and situations. In our day to day relationships we can often feel judged and stuck by other's perceptions of us. My biggest strength as a therapist is creating a safe space for people to be vulnerable and supported. I want to help people find strength, honor those strengths, build a sense of independence and autonomy and become the most authentic version of themselves.
I've been a licensed therapist for about 12 years and have a wide range of experience in different treatment environments. Clients I work with primarily have been those with trauma, addiction and co-occurring disorders including anxiety and depression. I'm trained in a variety of evidence based approaches including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

Counseling is not a cookie cutter service and I make it my mission to know who you are and where you're trying to go and work to find a unique path that works for you.

CLAY COOPER - Telehealth Only
LPC, LICDC
Insurances Accepted: Cigna/Evernorth, United/Optum
I want to help you help yourself find the person you have been missing. My goal is to meet you where you are and assist you in finding where you want to be. The idea of change can be exhausting, which is why change can be so difficult. I want to help make the road to change more attainable for you and something to run toward instead of running away. There are many reasons people shy away from healthy change and I want to help you find reasons to move toward change. These ideas can be scary, but I want to help reduce your fear. You will always be the driver and in charge of where you go, but sometimes a navigator can help you through uncharted territories, and that’s where I can help.
I have worked with many different age groups ranging from 8-66 years old. I have been trained with a person-centered approach combined with cognitive behavioral therapy. I have also explored art and other expressive therapies and continue to educate myself on mindfulness techniques. Humor is a big part of my identity as a counselor and I believe that being able to laugh can be very healing. I have experience with depression, anxiety, bipolar, social anxiety, trauma, borderline personality, and addiction. I have experience working with families, couples and group settings. I have extensive research in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and I am currently working on becoming a trauma certified practitioner.
I have researched the effects of how certain diagnoses physically make changes to the brain. I view mental health the same way a person sees physical health. There is something wrong and just because we cannot see what’s wrong doesn't mean it is not real. The treatment for a mental illness may be different from a physical illness, but the outcome should be the same: reduced or removal of discomfort. My passion is helping people know that they are not alone, their feelings are real, and together, find a way to reduce or remove the pain they are feeling.

For me, one of the most inspiring moments as a professional therapist is getting to witness someone heal from hurts in their lives. In my work with clients ranging from school age children to adults, I have walked along side numerous individuals and families as they journey through the healing process. Healing isn’t always easy, especially from things like trauma and my goal is to provide assistance and guidance where I can, to make the process less stressful. I want to help the people I work with to build an understanding and awareness of their symptoms and to help figure out how to manage and heal from their experiences.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a plethora of mental health experience. I thrive in continuing to learn new techniques to bring to someone’s therapeutic journey which enables me to bring eclectic approaches to meet a person’s unique experience. In addition to traditional talk therapy like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Reality Therapy, I specialize in treating trauma and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as Trauma Focused CBT which are evidence-based approaches for trauma treatment. I work with high school aged and college aged young adults as an area of specialty, but also see those beyond their college years. I am also skilled in working with folks with identities within the LGBTQIA+ umbrella. In addition to helping with trauma, I also can assist with improving communication, problem solving, understanding and building healthy relationships (family, friendships, intimate partner), depression and mood disorders, ADHD, anger management and emotional management. I work with individuals, couples and families.
My goal as a therapist is to work with you and find what works for you in your healing process. I am trained in many different techniques in order to have as many resources as possible to meet your needs in ways that are going to help you best. Working as a therapist and helping to hold space for hurts to heal is a responsibility and honor that I don’t take lightly. Each client I work with is unique and I am excited to help in whatever way I can in a way that works for them.
