Couples choose to seek therapy together for lots of different reasons, For example: pre-marital (or pre moving in), communication, parenting concerns, intimacy issues, and many others. Tranquility Holistic Health therapists are here to be non-judgmental, impartial helpers to see you through whatever assistance you need, together.

Our therapists strive to meet both halves of the partnership where they’re at, not take sides, but also discuss with you what they see, openly and honestly.
Confidentiality and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Ethically and legally we do not share your information unless you give us explicit permission or we are required to do so by law.
Your First Visit
Your therapist will take the time to thoroughly assess your needs and explore goals for treatment to develop a plan to get you where you want to go. Assessment is an ongoing part of therapy and goals/plans can be changed as needed simply by talking to your therapist.
Depending on your concern, you may need a shorter or longer series of appointments, being seen more or less frequently. Generally, we see that consistent attendance based upon the plan you and your therapist develop results in better/quicker outcomes.
When to Expect Results
We will do all we can to help you start feeling better by the end of your first appointment. While we wish we could give an exact number of sessions needed to see results, each person and each concern is different. Tranquility Holistic Health supports growth and change, but the outcome of treatment depends on each individual. Because of that Tranquility Holistic Health cannot guarantee the outcome of treatment.
