Your First Visit
Your therapist will take the time to thoroughly assess your needs and explore goals for treatment to develop a plan to get you where you want to go. Assessment is an ongoing part of therapy and goals/plans can be changed as needed simply by talking to your therapist.
Depending on your concern, you may need a shorter or longer series of appointments, being seen more or less frequently. Generally, we see that consistent attendance based upon the plan you and your therapist develop results in better/quicker outcomes.
When to Expect Results
While we wish we could give an exact number of sessions needed to see results, each person and each concern is different. EMDR tends to take fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. Tranquility Holistic Health supports growth and change, but the outcome of treatment depends on each individual. Because of that Tranquility Holistic Health cannot guarantee the outcome of treatment.
