What is a Health Coach?

Health coaches provide you with a safe, supportive space to explore your health issues and goals. They encourage clients to focus not just on their diet and nutrition, but other areas of their life that can provide fulfillment and nourishment, such as your relationships, career satisfaction, home life, hobbies, and spiritual practices. Health Coaches empower their clients to learn what makes them feel their best, not just what we’ve been told is “healthy”. The goal is lasting diet and lifestyle adjustments by giving clients mental and emotional resources needed to achieve optimal health, helping them discover the foods and practices that best suit their individual needs.

Bio-individuality

Each person is unique, with individualized needs, preferences, and responses to various foods and lifestyle factors. This concept, known as bio-individuality, emphasizes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. Your coach works to recognize your specific bio-individuality to tailor their guidance and recommendations accordingly. By honoring your unique physiology, genetics, and lifestyle, they can create a personalized plan that resonates with your body and supports your journey towards optimal health. This personalized approach ensures that you receive guidance that is aligned with your individual needs, enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of your health and wellness journey.

 

Multidimensional Health

We embrace a multi-dimensional approach to health and wellness, recognizing that well-being encompasses more than just physical health. We believe that true health is a harmonious balance of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual. Your coach is trained to address these interconnected dimensions, guiding clients towards holistic well-being. We support you in nurturing your body through proper nutrition and physical activity, fostering emotional resilience and balance, cultivating mental clarity and focus, and exploring your spiritual connection and purpose. 

Your First Visit

During your initial consultation, Morgan will take the time to thoroughly assess your health concerns and goals. You will work together to develop a tailored plan that aligns with your aspirations for better health and well-being. Please feel free to share any concerns or questions you may have during this session.

 

Subsequent Visits

In order for Morgan to best support you on your wellness journey, we recommend a series of follow-up appointments. Packages are available at a discounted rate. Consistent attendance and collaboration with your Health Coach can lead to better and quicker outcomes. Morgan can adjust the frequency and focus of your sessions as needed to support your ongoing journey towards improved health.

 

When to Expect Results

While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or the exact number of sessions needed to see results, Morgan is committed to supporting your growth and transformation. Every individual is unique, and the results of your health coaching journey will depend on your dedication and the personalized plan developed with Morgan.

Pricing and Packages

All sessions are 60 minutes.

Individual sessions: $50/hour 

 

Packages:

3 month package, meeting every other week (6 sessions) $270

6 month package (recommended), meeting every other week (12 sessions) $480
