This work is genuinely the only thing I’ve ever wanted to do. Here, I’m afforded the trust and flexibility necessary to be a high quality clinician. The support and freedom I am afforded by Tranquility allows me to truly focus on the work that is meaningful to me as a professional. The management team has made it a priority to focus on the work and minimize the parts of this job (i.e. the paneling, the billing, the paperwork, the productivity), that take us away from why we choose this field.  This really is the best work experience I’ve ever had had as a therapist.
