Family Therapy:
Things happen that effect us, together.

Working together to get through, because family matters.

Sometimes situations in our families are bigger than what we know what to do with on our own. Tranquility Holistic Health offers skilled therapists to help you sort through concerns, provide a safe place to problem solve and give each family member support to voice their point of view.

A Comfortable Environment

We have offices large enough to accommodate most families without having to sit on top of one another. Talking can be hard, feeling physically cramped shouldn’t be part of that experience.

Counselors That Know What To Do

Our therapists have experience working with groups of people and helping balance the dynamics that come from lots of people wanting to be heard.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Ethically and legally we do not share your information unless you give us explicit permission or we are required to do so by law.

Your First Visit

Your therapist will take the time to thoroughly assess your needs and explore goals for treatment to develop a plan to get you where you want to go. Assessment is an ongoing part of therapy and goals/plans can be changed as needed simply by talking to your therapist.

Subsequent Visits

Depending on your concern, you may need a shorter or longer series of appointments, being seen more or less frequently. Generally, we see that consistent attendance based upon the plan you and your therapist develop results in better/quicker outcomes.

When to Expect Results

We will do all we can to help you start feeling better by the end of your first appointment. While we wish we could give an exact number of sessions needed to see results, each person and each concern is different. Tranquility Holistic Health supports growth and change, but the outcome of treatment depends on each individual. Because of that Tranquility Holistic Health cannot guarantee the outcome of treatment.
